Admissions Recruiter

Office:           Brown Aveda Institute - Mentor Ohio
Location:      Mentor, OH

 

Purpose:

Direct all functions and activities related to student recruitment, enrollment, and retention to meet overall goals.

 

Essential Functions:

Ensure enrollment goals are met thus meeting tuition revenue goals.

 

Plan and coordinate special events, consumer clinics, student celebrations, and orientations.

 

Attend monthly scheduled meetings or attend meetings upon request.

 

Conduct interviews and telemarket leads on a daily basis.

 

Travel to college fairs throughout Ohio and surrounding states to recruit potential new students.

 

Assist Recruiting Director with career fairs and events

 

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma

2-4 years previous recruitment experience required, postsecondary school recruiting preferred

 

Previous experience related in the cosmetology industry a plus     

           

Exceptional verbal and written skills

 

Strong organizational skills

 

Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, or weekends
